APU STAPM

sorry for my bad english, but does my Vega 8 still consuming power from my system, despite not having it from my display adapters/device manager?I also disabled my IGPU from bios , and yet it's still displayed in Hwinfo and the APU STAPM's still consuming around 35w from system. I have a 3200g, gtx 1050 ti.

APU STAPM value covers the entire APU (CPU+GPU+other logic).

so APU STAPM = CPU package + core power + soc power?

CPU package (socket) power = CPU cores + SoC + iGPU + others (Rest-of-Chip, etc.)
APU STAPM is a kind of total socket power.
