Auto Start for a standard user account

not sure how you mean I have tried using task Scheduler.
I set to run whether user is logged on or not, as Admin with or with out password, set task to run on user login, and get it to run hwinfo.exe. But it loads in the admin instance not the current user.

At the moment to get it to run on a standard account I have to right click HWinfo and then select run as admin.

HWiNFO always needs to run as Admin, so if you're launching it under a user account you need to configure the task to be run under an Admin account (and after user logon).
This is a security requirement that has been explained several times here.

so it cant be done.
Some how task scheduler need to run the task as system. then the user interface needs to then run under that user, guess you would need to split your app
