I have a 5600 cpu with an msi b550 gen 3 motherobard and windows 11 last stable update.
hw info 7.72-5355 portable.
When i start my pc from shutdown (fast startup is enabled) and open the hwinfo it says tdc,ppt and edc limit is unlimited.
If i close hwinfo and the reopen it it says that tdc is 60 edc 90 and ppt is 76.(that is the truth)
It seems that first time it not reads properly the three values.
