Calculating total system power of desktop

Hello, I'm writing a Rainmeter skin, pulling data from HWinfo. I'm trying to calculate the total system power of my desktop. I know I can't get 100% accurate calculation without a multimeter or something, so I'm fine with an estimate. Surely, the total system power isn't as simple as CPU Package Power + GPU Power + Power (Out), right?

That's the best calculation you can make without having a PSU that can monitor the input/output power. It's because there are several voltage rails in the system that don't support monitoring of power consumed (current drawn thru them).

Thank you.

I have a Corsair SF750 Platinum PSU. Does it have this function you're talking about?
