checking effective clock is a good way to see if undervolt is stable?

Undervolted my cpu a few days ago and im struggling to find a good way to check the stability. Synthetic tests are looking fine, but when playing games Im not sure if its fine or not.

For such case it's best to run high load tests and see if the system doesn't show errors or crash.
