Clarification on Corporate level licenses

Looking for a tool for monitoring some trouble systems in a corporate environment. Currently have 4 or 5.

Once the corporate licenses are applied to those machines, if we replace the hardware, is that licensing then moot? Or am I able to assign that license again in the future once that machine is retired?

You can move the license to a different system once the old system is no longer used.

Hi Marin,
We will be purchasing 6 corporate licenses to monitor 6 systems at the same time.
The systems will be monitored as they are replaced with new ones.

We purchase license keys for the number of systems to be monitored simultaneously,
however, there is a possibility that the systems with the same key license will be running at the same time during operation.

Is this acceptable?

That should not be a problem unless the number of concurrently running systems won't exceed the number of licenses.
