close all system monitoring tools, check antivirus/malware filters and try again error

So I have this problem since i installed the new version, I've tried closing radeon software, I gave all permissions to the program on my antivirus but the error keeps showing
 
Which operating system do you have? Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File for analysis.
