Confused on CPU Temps (Zen 3)

Tried searching first but only found extreme examples.

I'm curious about the difference between CPU & CPUdie temps. I recently had to replace my CPU (same as current, 5900x) and that one never had a CPU temp metrick "red line" with my 240 AIO. Now I'm stress testing and seeing the average temp around 10 degrees higher than the CPU. Something I should be concerned about? or? thank you in advance!!

uh, you didnt by any chance lift the aio cold plate off after you placed it on the cpu? cause it looks like to me, you are having some cohesion issues between the cpu and the cold plate.
