CPU fan

It seems if I keep Hwinfo running when i put my PC to sleep, upon wake the CPU fans will not go above 350 RPM. The fans each have their own 4 pin headers on the board. I am on a X99 deluxe. windows 10 64bit. I just read that Cosair link can cause issues with HWinfo, would this be something I might see from a negative interaction? I remember it asked the other day something about corsair link monitoring not sure if that is when the problem started though.

Please tell me the exact original fan names that are affected as shown by HWiNFO.
Also, are those fans somehow related to a Corsair device in your system ?

CPU and CPU Fan OPT

and no not related to a corsair device.

If you disable monitoring of the "ASUS EC" sensor (hit Del on the sensor heading) does it solve the problem ?
It might also be helpful if you could attach the HWiNFO Debug File of the situation including sleep/resume.
