Weird temperatures but no throttle

First thing first, few days ago I noticed my laptop having a really loud fan noise while being really hot, and I thought lets change the thermal paste, and it certainly helped. We come to this evening, when I remembered I turned off ultra performance mode (I use a Dell laptop), after turning that on, I tried cinebench test, fan had a bit louder sound but expected for that type of stress and temps in normal (at most 90deg celsius), and HWiNFO didn't show any percentage of throttling (or maybe 1 or 2% with spikes). When I got into fortnite, program showed 95-100% thermal throttle, but temps where in range of 90, 92. 95deg celsius, frequency was at 4ghz constant and PD was around 25-30W, and most importantly Fortnite was at 60fps constant (on low settings ofc). My question is, how is it possible my cpu was performing as expected at that type of stress (gaming, cinebench) but HWiNFO showed thermal throttle.

Sorry for longer text but i tried writing in detail for clear explanation.
Specs of my laptop are:
Dell Vostro 14 5410
Intel i5 11320H 3.2ghz base, 4.5ghz turbo
NVIDIA MX450
16GB 3200MT/s
