CPU Power Package reports extremely high values even though temps are lows

As you can see in the screenshot, the CPU is reporting using well above 110W from the wall, but I know it's not doing so since my temps don't go above at least 50°. Even restarting the program doesn't fix the problem. I know this has to be a glitch or something. I used HW Monitor as well to see if this is strictly HWiNFO64 reporting but even then, I get high power usage. My PC isn't running warm or loud and I don't notice any problems in terms of my system being slow or there is something performance issues when gaming, as far as I can tell. I even tried running underload to see if that fixes the problem, but my reports are going even higher than what they would be before (I don't even get any performance boost out of it either).

Any thoughts as to some possible fixes or can this be something Windows related that's messing me up?

Do you have PBO enabled? This could set the CPU PPT to something above 88W (which is the default PPT for 65W AMD CPUs).
