Hi,
i was going to make a video to demonstrate a possible CPU bottleneck in a game but i can't understand what's happening with (Total) CPU usage.
When i play the game i get almost 100% usage in Windows 10 Task Manager, but HWinfo (and also MSI Afterburner), reports a much lower amount.
Here some screens:
hwinfo always reports about 20~30% less total cpu usage than Task Manager.
Is a w10 related problem?
My specs:
HWInfo 5.06-2640 64bit (tried also other versions)
Windows 10
i5 3570K @4,5Ghz
16GB DDR3
AMD HD7950
