Total CPU Utility in Sensor Status Window above 100%

Hi Martin,

Over on elevenforums, there is a discussion thread at https://www.elevenforum.com/t/kb505...ta-and-dev-build-26120-3360-24h2-feb-28.33864 that mentions in the Total CPU Utility section in the Sensor Status Window, the % can go up to 100% as in my case:

Mines seems to go all the way up to 151.6%, is there a reason it can go above 100% since 100% is supposed to be the highest anything can go. Can you post the answer here and also on the elevenforum's thread?
 
The CPU Utility metric is a new metric in Windows 10 and later and it takes turbo boost into account while normalizing the usage to nominal maximum clock.
So it can go above 100% and you can verify this via Performance Monitor. Windows Task Manager uses this same metric by it caps it to 100% (earlier versions didn't have this cap).
