Different GPU memory clock speeds

Hello,

I am inquiring if this is a hardware or software issue. I have a GTX 1080 SLI and for some reason, my second card memory clock speed reads too low, albeit load is close to 100%.

Moreover, why isn't load 100% when I am running extreme tests?

Also, SST technology is redout, what does this indicate?

Attached is report file.

The difference between GPU memory clocks reported seems to be a bug, most probably due to SLI.
It's causing one GPU to show the real clock in MHz, while the other one shows the effecting memory clock, which in case of GDDR5X is 4 times the real clock.
I'm not sure if this is a bug in HWiNFO or NVIDIA drivers. Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File and I will check if this can be fixed in HWiNFO somehow.

SST means Intel Speed Shift Technology (HWP). If you move the mouse cursor over the text, it will tell you more. Red color means the technology is supported by the CPU, but not enabled by BIOS or Operating System.
