maximum supported memory clock is half value

Hello. I am just curious as to why the "maximum supported memory clock" and memory speed is rated at half of the allowed 2666 that my i5 8500 is supportive of. I do have two 4gb sticks of 2666mhz each, of which I'm trying to get one to work, but that's unrelated. Just wondering if this metric/value is accurate and I'm mistaking something. Thank you.

Also curious as to why the "supported video modes" only state 60hz when my monitor is 165hz. I know it says so on the vertical frequency, just wondering why it doesn't on the former. Thank you.
