Is the FossHub site at https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html no longer an official download site for HWiNFO, or is it just out-of-date?
I normally download updates for my HWiNFO Portable (64-bit) from that FossHub site but it is currently offering v7.62 for the stable installer and portable build.
However, I launched HWiNFO Portable 64-bit v7.62 (HWiNFO64.exe) today and was informed an update to v7.64 is now available, and I confirmed that https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ is currently offering the latest v7.64.
