FX 6300 shows 68.660 W no matter what

As the title says the chip doesnt report Wattage properly at all, no matter the load let it be game, rendering or Prime95 it always reads out 68.660 W. Bug Report attached and thanks for your help

I should also note the mobo and cpu are a month out of the box no more

Thanks for your report, but in the Report File you attached I cannot see sensor values.
Can you please post a screenshot of the sensors window so I can see which one is the problematic value ?
Attaching the HWiNFO Debug File as well might help too.

Well, this looks like a problem of the CPU Power Management logic.
The HWiNFO Debug File might tell me more, but I assume the issue is that the system wasn't properly calibrated by manufacturer for correct power monitoring. Perhaps a BIOS update might help, otherwise I suggest to contact MSI. I'm afraid I can't do much here...
