Getting an insane number of WHEA Logger errors

I need some help figuring out what's wrong with my PC. It has recently been having significant stutters in games that were playing fine the week before. I ran a scan and I'll put the debug document in here. But I noticed that I am having a lot of PCI/PCIe bus errors that kept increasing. The event viewer showed a lot of WHEA Logger errors. Any help would be appreciated!

First check if it's properly seated. You might also try to disable some BIOS settings like ASPM for that port.

I decided to try just removing the NVMe drive and so far the stuttering is gone and HWinfo doesn’t show anymore of the pci bus errors. But for some reason I’m still having a lot of the WHEA warnings in event viewer. They’ve just changed from being the PCI express endpoint associated with the NVMe drive and are now popping up for multiple different PCI express endpoints…..
