GPU fan RPM

I've searched the forum but I didn't find similar topic with my issue.

Right now my gpu fan speed is 0 RPM.
GPU temp is 47c and fans start spinning above 60c.
But HWinfo says my gpu fan speed is 1529 RPM.

Right now I realised that is shows the max RPM my GPU fans reached

Please try the latest HWiNFO Beta release if it fixes this problem.
