GTX 770 vrm pwr out seems low

I'm running an evga gtx 770, and the card's vrm power out consistently reports between 1 and 1.3 W. This doesn't seem right to me.

Yes, that seems wrong. Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File with sensor data and I will check it in more detail.

Thanks, I have checked the data and part of that sensor seems to be working properly.. except the current consumption monitoring.
I'm not sure why is that, it could be that the sensor is not properly calibrated by the manufacturer.
