Has my mainboard gone bad?

Hi,

My problems started with an unstable system till everything crashed and i couldn't do anything anymore. I tested in OCCT mainly. i5 14600k and it showed physical core error. I replaced it by a i7 14700kf and it still showed the same. I replaced the PSU and it started working, can use my pc at least but it stutters and freezes all over the place. It unfreezes so it doesn't totally crash but it makes it not enjoyable to use. In OCCT i get WHEA for CPU / RAM and CPU + RAM. I just finished an almost 2 1/2h test of MemTest86 and my RAM passed it all with no error at all. XMP is disabled ofc. In HWiNFO i get "WHEA at PCI/PCIe Bus Errors" and when i hover over it, it says "@standard SATA AHCI Controller" i tried to unplug all of my sata ssd's and it still happened. I cloned my m.2 ssd to a normal ssd, removed the m.2 and still unstable and the same error. At this point i think it is fair to assume that it is the mainboard, just want a confirmation or additional input/help.

Thanks in advance. Debug and report files are from yesterday and i hope i did it right.

Edit1: the debug file is too big to attach, did i do something wrong?

You do know Gen 13 and 14 Intel CPU are affected by 2 major issue ? voltages all over the place for the CPU-microcode and the second one, impurities in the manufacturing process.
Both issues affect system stability including the mentioned stuttering.
However let's try this first : open CMD as admin and type chkdsk /f /r /x C: , press yes at the prompt where C is your OS drive, restart PC when restarting and wait for checkdisk to finish.
After that open CMD and run as admin and type SFC /scannow.
Report back so we can go further.
