HDD problem...

Hi Jayson,
Is the sound you hear similar to what was happening with earlier versions ?
I will need HWiNFO Debug Files with both settings - "S.M.A.R.T. Support" disabled and enabled.

Hi Martin

As soon as HWiNFO has an option that allow the Debug info to be written temporarily to RAM and then to HDD when you click a button or something through normal serialization API (when you know it does not crash) I will supply you with both.

My SSD does not do so well with the way it currently does it. The last time I took Debug info my PC speaker actually beeped to warn me something is very wrong.

I know it sounds weird since it is a SSD and should write very fast without problems, but I am simply not doing it. Something is not write with the way it writes debug info to that disk.

Hope you can understand.

Kind Regards

Jayson

If the "Debug Write Direct" option is disabled, then the Debug File is written through standard Windows file buffers (in memory).
