So the fastest way I've found to get the logs I need is to manually open HWinfo, enter my admin password, then click run, then hit the hotkey I set up. This isn't working for me since these four steps are all manual. I can't remote into the problem PC every day to start his process manually. Task Scheduler will open HWinfo, but won't start the logs. I have no idea what to do...I thought about making a batch file but I don't really know what that means. Help.
