HWInfo automatically restarts

Hi,

With the automatic updates, I usually download the beta zip file, exit HWInfo from the systray by right-clicking and selecting 'Quit', overwrite the .exe with the new one, and start it up again.

Today when I got the notification about the update, I tried to follow this procedure but there was a problem... Every time I Quit, it just restarted itself instantly. I really like HWInfo but I do want to be able to exit it occasionally

Have I changed an option here? Is this possibly related to using MSI Afterburner's new HWInfo plugin?

Oh yes, new MSI Afterburner can automatically launch HWiNFO when it's not running.
Try first to close AB, then HWiNFO and see if that solves the problem.
