HWiNFO Crashing

I have checked again and HWiNFO is properly skipping entire drive scan when the "Disable Drive Scan" option is used, so you should not see any crashes then. So my question is which exact setting does your "Safe Mode setting" (HWiNFO64-1-Safe Mode.DBG) mean? Are you sure you did "Disable Drive Scan" there?

I have checked again and the Safe mode in Drive Scan is working as intended. You'll need to "Disable Drive Scan" in order to avoid the system crash.
Maybe later new NAS drivers will fix this.
