It should be under GPU. I see that you have some values hidden, is this perhaps among those? If not, please attach the HWiNFO Debug File and I'll check it.

Interesting.. Which version of Windows 10 do you have?
Please run the following command in PowerShell:
Get-Counter -Counter "\GPU Engine(*)\*" > perf_ctrs.txt
and send me the perf_ctrs.txt file it created.

Please try this build: www.hwinfo.com/beta/hwi64_579_3397.zip
and let me know if it works now. A new Debug File will be helpful in either case.

Great, video decode, encode and gpu compute now detected!

Perfect, thanks for the details results.
Can you please attach a new Debug File for my internal reference?

Thanks, this is a problem for which I don't have a solution yet. It's because retrieving this kind of information is not quite official, so it's very poorly described by Microsoft.
I can have a look at this, but I will need more data from your machine - run the regedit tool and export the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key into a file.
If you are worried about privacy, please send this file via a PM (or e-mail) or just export the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control key.
