HWInfo vs Adrenalin - AMD Junction temp very different?

I have noticed there is a very significant difference in reporting the Junction temp on my RX 5500 XT card. Does anyone know if this is and AMD issue or HWInfo one

The drivers report the GPU junction temp (GPU hotspot) and not the memory junction temp.

So Adrenalin is reporting the HWInfo GPU Hot Spot Temperature. Many thanks - I will set my Rainmeter accordingly

Yes Adrenalin drivers report both GPU temp (edge temp) and GPU Hotspot temp (junction temp).
As you can see they match with a difference of ~1C, depending poling period of each.
No VRAM temp in drivers. What HWiNFO reports as Memory Junction temp is also the memory hotspot temp. The highest temp among all memory modules.
