what is that option flush buffers on start every time you start hwinfo64 ??
will it cause any harm to the ssd ??
do I need to disable it ??

also
what do you mean by data lost ?
system files data lost or work lost ??

That option won't harm any drive - it just saves all data that are not yet written back (kept it memory by Windows buffering) during start of HWiNFO. These data would be written to the drive anyway, just later. It's useful only in the rare case when HWiNFO would crash the system, so that data is not lost. It's difficult to predict what kind of data, as this depends on the last actions in system.
