Hwinfo app crashes silently, close in the background without any notification on Windows 10 at random times during the day. I see exceptions on event viewers "
Faulting application name: HWiNFO64.exe, version: 8.16.5600.0, Faulting module name: nvml.dll, version: 8.17.15.6636, time stamp: 0x674f5f4c, Exception code: 0xc0000005... " I think this started after below pointed changes. Help appreciated, thanks.

. Plugged external monitor via hdmi
. Switched from few months old nvidia game ready to latest studio driver 566.36 .
. Also i switched from optimus to dedicated card on bios but not sure if this was before or after problem started.

nvml.dll is NVIDIA component. So unless NVIDIA fixes this, you can disable "NVML Support" in main HWiNFO settings.

Thanks for quick reply Martin. I thought i already unchecked nvml under safety tab. I ve just looked again and it was checked. I ve unchecked it and made sure it's applied, it looks unchecked/disabled, will monitor and let you know if problem persist. Cheers

Pls note that problem occurred again, app crashed even though nvml is unchecked. Just enabled debug mode now.
