HWINFO64 opens minimized, and closes when I click on it

The first menu thing opens perfectly fine, which allowed me to put it into Debug mode. After starting the scan, it appears on the task bar but disappears if I click on it.

It worked perfectly for the first few days, but after replacing GPU, CPU cooler, and case fans I begun having this issue
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, only to have the same issue.

I don't see anything wrong in the attached Debug File. Try to Reset Preferences in main settings and then start again.
