HWiNFO64 v6.30-4240 pcie only 2.5 gb/s link speed

I have an asrock z97 and an amd rx580 in uefi mode with secure boot.
The link speed stays with the new version after restart at 2.5 gb/s when i run gpu-z rendering test.

Previous version and gpu z show it as 8gb/s link speed.
 
This was changed recently to reflect speed reduction at the parent PCI Express port, but I just realized this might not properly handle some situations.
Shall be fixed in the next (Beta) build.
