Incorrect Memory Clock

I noticed today in HWINFO64hat my memory clock isn't showing the correct frequency. Is this a bug? I've tried rebooting and resetting HWINFO64 but it isn't changing. I compared it to CPU-Z to show that it should be 3000.

Looks like the problem here is Virtualization (or Memory Integrity) - it skews the BCLK measurement, which then provides an invalid value.
Some vendors (e.g. ASUS) have added support for alternate methods to determine BCLK, but others like MSI didn't implement this (yet?). So I was initially wondering when you said you have an ASUS board with such reporting issue.
We're also currently working with AMD to provide a more robust and universal solution to determine BCLK.
For the time being you might try to disable Virtualization (or Memory Integrity) which should fix it.

Perfect, now that you mention that... After I updated to 22H2 it prompted me to enable that... I just did it without thinking. So that matches with what you're saying. (Thanks Microsoft).
