Been W HWINFO for years. When I try to renew for another year, there is no selection as a renewal, but can only be offered full $29 price.

How do I get to the renewal page? I got to https://secure.2checkout.com/order/product.php?PRODS=33854392&QTY=1, but that is for the initial, full price.
my 2checkout account doesn't show the Hwinfo transaction but I have the receipt from them in a saved email from
Jan 2023?? Btw: my Paypal account also shows the purchase.
