memory module doesn't show

I have two memory modules but only one is displayed, row0 is missing!

why doesn't HWiNFO show the first memory module, like MiTeC?

Could be due to a bad checksum or damaged SPD. I need to see the HWiNFO Debug File to tell exactly.

Hmm, HWiNFO can't find the module on SMBus. The information you posted above comes form SMBIOS DMI - the same is displayed by HWiNFO under Motherboard -> SMBIOS DMI.
But detailed DIMM data (based on SPD) are not retrieved.

but MiTeC receives this info, so is there no way to get this in HWiNFO?

Detailed SPD data however isn't available.

Try read SPD use THAIPHOON BURNER Super Blaster (lstest version 17.4.1.2 build 0902 Final), this project moved to https://www.thaiphoonburner.com/ . Thaiphoon Burner can read and decode SPD use manual selected SMBus.
