Missing memory sticks

Hi,

I think I have seen something on the topic with missing memory sticks in the information (see snapshot), as in my case half are missing, but cannot find out how to resolve the issue.

Those systems use proprietary methods to access 2 sets of DIMM modules and we haven't been able to figure out how to access the second set yet.
