My laptop got BSOD once and now has problems, is this SSD/RAM issue/something else?

My laptop suddenly got BSOD when I was looking at pictures from my external HDD and having a Twitch stream run in the background, then it restarted by itself and during the boot it said "No bootable device". I didn't know what to do so I just held the power button and restarted it again. I could go to Windows but now I have a bunch of problems:

1. I can't run check disk on the Windows drive (SSD) but chkdsk from Command Prompt shows 0 bad sectors
2. Can't do a system restore can't even repair/reinstall PC from the secret boot menu, it would just restart and does nothing at all
3. I've done sfc /scannow with command prompt, it says it's found errors and fixed it and if I do it again it would say 0 errors, but it would be reverted upon a reboot (it would find errors again) so this practically does nothing
4. When I open HWMonitor it looks like this , the info about CPU is at the very bottom now and it only shows the utilization . It's also missing the complete CPU name. It used to look like this , at the very top, with complete CPU monitoring and complete CPU name on the header (ignore the temps, it was before I re-applied thermal paste)
5. What it says when I open HWiNFO https://i.imgur.com/Fx89dsJ.png
6. Crystaldiskinfo say it's at 45% health but it seems it's still good? https://i.imgur.com/qzuuzvf.png text: https://pastebin.com/2zseYRUp and weird SSD speed shown with Crystalmarkinfo? https://i.imgur.com/ReUfTE9.png what does this tell you?
7. Also error at Windows Update https://i.imgur.com/3UwzI0b.png
8. When I try to create a file in C drive https://i.imgur.com/CKe4gYX.png I tried to save it in Documents as suggested and when I restarted the laptop, the file is gone. I tried deleting/creating files from the SSD but they would all get reverted upon a reboot
9. Also now when I restart the laptop all the browsers would forget any websites that I've opened before the restart, it would only show the websites that I opened before the BSOD happened. Browsers are installed on the SSD/C drive. And if I set Windows power plan to power saver/balanced mode, it would revert to high performance after I restart as if they're not saving any settings? What's happening here, please help..
10. 'Last BIOS time' in task manager is ranging between 5 to 15 seconds now, before it was only 3.5 seconds everyday until today. Also if I go to BIOS, there's only "Windows Boot Manager" in boot/boot priority option. Is that normal? Also there's only UEFI option and not Legacy?
11. SSD doesn't show its status on Acer Care Center like it normally would https://i.imgur.com/m38LVJP.png and https://i.imgur.com/L4v4Fdw.png
12. It looks good/doesn't show SSD as 'read only' in Disk Management https://i.imgur.com/wLKoAr4.png so why does it revert any settings/files created and deleted/browser history/etc to the state before it crashed when restarting as pointed in point 8 and 9 above? Is this hardware/software issue?

14. Is it possible that all this is caused by using RAMs with different speed in dual channel mode? I bought a new RAM a few weeks ago to pair with the stock laptop RAM. The new one is 3200mhz and the stock ram is 2666mhz. They both worked well in dual channel at 2666mhz and had only made me happy so far up until today (+FPS boost in games, laptop can do more tasks etc). I'm only mentioning this because the BSODs that I got said: "Stop code: memory management", but it shouldn't prevent me from writing/deleting files on SSD though right? (Like I said Windows would revert any files created/deleted on the SSD after a reboot and only on SSD not other drive)
15. Choosing "reset this PC" only reboots the laptop and does nothing, actually every options in that secret boot menu that would appear when you hold shift and click the restart button in start menu, do nothing at all, they would only reboot the laptop
16. I hear clicking sounds much more often these days like a couple of times in 1 minute, idk if it's the SSD/HDD/laptop fans
17. And ofc I can't game because it'd would at least give me error if not BSOD, and opening more than a few browser tabs would case BSOD
18. BSOD code is "Stop code: memory management"
.
.
.
So everything else points at SSD problem, but point 18 is "stop code: memory management" and if you google that BSOD code they mostly say it's about RAM issue hmm

Also MOST IMPORTANTLY can someone explain to me why point 8 and 9 is happening? This is the most important part.. I've posted this thread multiple times on the internet and nobody has the answer to this part..

"9. Also now when I restart the laptop all the browsers would forget any websites that I've opened before the restart, it would only show the websites that I opened before the BSOD happened."

I need to add to point 9 that it would revert to the state before the FIRST BSOD, not just any BSODs that happen afterwards.

I replaced the SSD and it turns out the old SSD was the problem..I put the old SSD in an enclosure/external case and plugged it to my laptop and it's really slow to load from file explorer/my computer when opening its files and folders. Also I'm still unable to run error checking on it like mentioned on point 1 above, and I still can't create a file/delete file on it like point 8..So I guess the old SSD has become read-only, without SMART attributes showing any error/read-only status..?

You didn't want to just move to the HDD? SSDs corrupt far more frequently than HDDs. When there are both, it's usually the SSD that corrupted.

8 and 9 could be because the User Profile Service failed to login to your actual user account, so Windows instead logged into a temporary profile that does not contain data from the actual profile, and is cleared on restart.
