PC shutting down and turning on

Hello everyone,
I'm new to HWiNFO, but decided to use since I started having some trouble with my PC.
What is happening: When I'm playing games and start streaming with OBS my PC turns off and one second later it turns on.

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K @4.4Ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX 1070
RAM: GSKILL F4-3000 4x4GB @2666Mhz
PSU: Thermaltake 800W

I saved the log from before started streaming, streaming and then turned off.

Could you guys help me find the problem? I analyzed the log, but could not identify a big inconsistency (except for temperature and usage). Here is the log.rar attached.
Is there a better way to monitor what is going on?

Do you use MSI Afterburner? I had similar problems when I put the GPU fan management by Afterburner, some games crash Afterburner and consequently the fan management, I had to regulate the fan curve by the GPU driver
