I look at the characteristics of my processor and I notice :

Does this mean that I am infected by this kind of exploit, or that I am vulnerable, how do I resolve this ?
In some circumstances, the linear address following the most recent CALL prior to a VM exit may be used as the RSB prediction for a RET shortly after the VM exit.
According to the above page, even latest current Intel CPUs are affected by this and the mitigation can be done in software (VMM), so it's nothing serious.
