I look at the characteristics of my processor and I notice :

"Post-barrier Return Stack Buffer Predictions Vulnerability : Affected"

Does this mean that I am infected by this kind of exploit, or that I am vulnerable, how do I resolve this ?

It means the CPU doesn't have mitigation for this vulnerability.

It's strange, the processor is quite recent, but ok.

According to the above page, even latest current Intel CPUs are affected by this and the mitigation can be done in software (VMM), so it's nothing serious.
