I have noticed sometimes when I play games, that a couple of the cores on my 5900x will have a core utilization for ex
core 0 t 1 utility - 105%
core 1 t 2 utility - 109%
etc
If my temps of each core and ccd are fine, is there a threat to the utility being above 100%?
