so i got this issue with my ram, i get all different reading on HWiNFO64, Aida and CPUZ, also after using the pc for a couple of minutes the readings are gone on all softwares and i get weird things like the screenshot i'm sharing... is this a bug? or maybe the sensors are failling? i stressed the ram on AIDA, MEMTEST and Windows diagnostic tool but i get no errors so far... i do get some weird stuttering and fps drops on some games tho...
the ram is this one FLABD532G6000HC38ADC01

Those invalid values might be due to a collision when running HWiNFO along with other monitoring software.

i run HWiNFO by itself after a fresh reboot and without any load after a couple minutes i get this, always the same voltages and max temps, after that happens the readings disappear and the ram is no longer being recognized

hello, i have the same problem with my system. after a fresh windows installation, the RAM data is no longer read after a few minutes. if HWInfo is then restarted, the values have completely disappeared, only standard values such as the RAM clock are read. no additional programs for monitoring are installed and no RGB software is on the system. memtest86 or testmem5 runs without any problems

Please attach another debug file created with a new HWiNFO start when the problem happens? So the situation when HWiNFO starts and no RAM data will be shown.

I'm not sure what exactly is causing this but for some reason the interface to access memory modules seems to become stuck.
Please check the "AMD SMBus" device in Device Manager. Try to disable it or uninstall if that will help perhaps.

removing the driver while the system is running has no effect, as soon as the ram issue appears they are gone
after a reboot you have to be quick and uninstall the amd smbus driver, then it seems to work but you have to do this every time. the temperature values still have strange peaks

reinstalling the chipset drivers does not help either
the debug file is after a restart with the driver removed if that helps

if i disable the driver, it remains disabled, but that is not a solution either. same problem as before
also mostly a hour in, even with the driver removed, it got that error
wouldn't recommend, system becomes unstable

So the problem is probably somewhere else, not that AMD driver. But I currently have no idea where.
Usually it's caused by running some other software incompatible with HWiNFO.

well did a clean windows 11 install without network connections and no drivers exept those windows provide and with only hwinfo installed -> issue persists

so could be a windows thing

Or BIOS... But I see you have a quite new BIOS from 11/07/2023
Try to perhaps disable monitoring of the DIMM sensors in HWiNFO - hit Del over the respective headings ("DDR5 DIMM ...")

unfortunately no solution either, ram is no longer displayed in the overview after a while.
will simply hide it completely until there is possibly a new BIOS and hopefully its the solution for it

update on my part, MSI has a new beta BIOS available with updated AGESA and it seems to have fixed the issue
really? i have done all the same things as u and still got the same error... i saw the new bios update but i also read bad reviews about it... is this the bios update that fixed the issue? 7D67v1E5(Beta version)
