Stuck on "Detecting CPU #15..."

I run a Ryzen 7 1700x on an Asus Crosshair VI Hero at a 3.9 all core OC with 16 Gbs of ram running at XMP 3200 plus an Asus GTX 1080 Ti Strix. This problem has persisted for at least 2 updates now, and kind of confused on what is going on. I have attached a Debug file to this post for further details. I have attempted to uninstall and do a fresh install of the application, but that doesn't resolve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is BIOS problem, I assume the issue started to happen after a BIOS update.
