Unresponsive/Buggy after swapping CPU

Hi,

I recently swapped my CPU from a 3800X to a 5900X. I've noticed that now the program is generally unresponsive and buggy after making this swap, when it was previously causing no issues. I'm not sure what happened? I've uninstalled & reinstalled the program but it still continues. I created a report and debug log, hope I did it right.
EDIT: it seems the .dbg file is too large?

Try to Reset Preferences in main settings of HWiNFO.
