Greetings,
I'm trying to use HWinfo64 to measure power consumption in laptops so that I can estimate battery life after a few minutes of activity. I have a few questions:
1. What's the best way to see the overall power draw? So far, the best way I can see is to look at the negative charge rate when the laptop is unplugged. Is this the only way?
2. Some laptops I've tested don't show the charge rate field. Is there a way to make it appear?
3. What does CPU Package Power measure? Is it the entire CPU and integrated GPU?
4. What does Total System Power measure and does it include all components such as the screen?
5. What's the difference between IA cores power and GT Cores power?
