Values of HDD SMART Total Host Writes

I am getting funny values on SMART Total Host Writes in one of my HDDs.



Shouldn't these values be all the same? This is a new HDD. CrystalDiskInfo reports only 47 hours of Power On Hours, which is about correct.

Am at looking at defective SMART info on the drive?

What Total Host Writes does CrystalDiskInfo report?
I will also need to see the HWiNFO64 Debug File.

CrystalDiskInfo does not show any Total Host Writes, nor Total Hosts Reads, just "------" on any of the mechanical HDDs, but only on the SSDs.

Debug file attached but got an error...



The debug file is 4.5 MB. Shall I zip it?

So that value might be completely wrong and the drive doesn't report this information.
Does the drive report "Device Statistics" section in the main HWiNFO window?

Yes, please ZIP it.

No, "Device Statistics" are not reported on the particular drive, but other drives do report their "Device Statistics".

Well, since "Device Statistics" are not supported by this drive we have no guarantee that the "semi-standard" values reported via SMART are correct at all or what the exact meaning is.
