Virtualization not detected when HVCI enabled?

Is this normal? Just enabled HVCI on my devices but HWiNFO reports VMX as 'not supported', I've had to enable it (AMD-V) to get HVCI to work.

It was red (supported, not enabled) previously and enabled on others when HVCI was not enabled (sorry some older screenshots are from HWiNFO v7.12)

Yes, this is "normal". When the system is running under VM, the hypervisor can mask any system features or resources including the presence of VMX.
