VR VCC TEMPERATURE (SVID) - Only appears above 11°C

Hello! I know there are several posts like this on the forum but I don't think I found a solution for my case. My VR BC TEMPERATURE (SVID) does not appear at a temperature below 11°C. When I put my PC under stress it appears, but as soon as it idles the temperature reaches 11°C and stops showing, after 11°C it returns appearing... I ask, is this my board or can we adjust specific configuration for hwinfo64 Or is this behavior normal and expected?

I didn't generate a debug file, but if I need to, I'll do it. Thank you!!

It could be a limitation of the temperature sensor in VRM. Some sensors aren't designed to accurately monitor lower temperatures as they don't need it - only an over-temperature is important to be monitored.
Are you running a sub-zero cooling or live in Arctic when your VRM can reach such low temperatures? Otherwise it should be at or above room temperature.

I'll look in more detail, after about 5 years of monitoring my system with my motherboard (TUF Z390-PRO GAMING) and an i9 9900K (5Ghz) with 5Ghz overclock locked, I found the VRM temperature of this card and I already had I searched but I didn't find it lol

Yesterday I discovered that my VRM in the 3dMark test reached 52ºC, however when playing Gray Zone Warfare it reached 75ºC... As Gray Zone Warfare is reaching temperatures around 90ºC I went to observe the temperatures and noticed that "VR VCC TEMPERATURE (VR VCC TEMPERATURE) appeared ( SVID)" was when I discovered auhauhauh

Regarding the temperature, I live in a very hot tropical city. Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, average temperature of 30ºC in summer easily reaches 40ºC. I was surprised that it was that low too but the Gray Zone made it reach 75ºC
Thank you for your help! I'll watch more often and I'll give feedback here if anything happens.

Well, in such case I think the temperature sensor wasn't designed to properly report low temperatures which was also quite common for early DTS sensors:
