Hello all, sorry my noob question but when I open HWiNFO in motherboard section I see the VR MOS info but I don't understand if this info is it the VRM Mosfet temperature or is it another thing... Please anyone can explain me? my motherboard have or not a VRM MOSFET temperature sensor ?

Thanks and good job !

Yes, this should be the VRM Mosfet temperature measured by a diode in the VRM area.

Thanks a lot for the answer! however I noticed that the maximum temperature it detects are 53 degrees Celsius in full stress with prime95 or with aida64 or occt software .... shouldn't it reach much higher temperatures? or have I been lucky?

That depends on design of VRM area and cooling, but yes 53 C is pretty low.
Also this value is most likely not the internal VRM temperature, but measured by an external sensor somewhere in the VRM area, so it won't reach values like from own VRM sensors.
