Weird Problem with Hardware Info On my Newly Purchased AMD Ryzen 7 7700X Desktop

Hello there

I open the program, and some reason it opens seemingly fine, then a moment or so after opening, Monitor goes black, and then tonight it said on reset Cmos, so i reconfigured the bios settings, thank god i took pictures before that issue, or i wouldn't known what the proper settings was for items, got one though i have to go back in later, that i forgot to check

Anyways Any idea why this happens?

System specs are as follows
Ibuypower Ready Build
Lian Li Lan Cool 216
MSI Pro B650 VC Wifi (With 2-06-2024 Bios)
32GB DDR 5 5600mhz Memory
Radeon 7800XT 16GB Video card
Kingston 1TB NvMe boot drive
Sata Samsung 860 Evo 1tB Game SSD
Windows 11 Home 23H2 64bit

**I can update bios tomorrow if need be, haven't yet since i wasn't sure i should or not**
 
Please attach the HWiNFO Debug File of the crash so I can analyze the details.

IMPORTANT Thread 'Read this before submitting a report'

In order to submit a bug report, please include the following information:

  1. HWiNFO32/64 Report File (HTM or TXT preferred)
  2. HWiNFO32/64 Debug File (HWiNFO32.DBG or HWiNFO64.DBG)
In case the application crashes or you are not able to create a Report File, please submit only the Debug File. This will help to find the reason of crash.
In order to create the Debug File, HWiNFO32/64 needs to be run in Debug Mode. This can be enabled: right after starting HWiNFO32/64 click the Settings button and navigate to the "Safety" tab.

Well if i can get the Debug file i will, but it seems to crash system like literally 30 seconds after opening HWinfo64...

Well updated my UEFI bios on this MSI motherboard

Readjusted a few settings

Reopened Hardware Info 64, and so far it hasn't crashed again, but did turn on debug mode via settings in case it does again.

Not 100 percent sure if fixed yet or not though, continues testing and leaaving it open

Ok it autoly restarted after a while of using it after updating System Motherboards bios, that was longest it ever ran before crashing though. Thankfully Debug mode was on before this crash!

Except the File is too large to attach now doh
 
Unfortunately the file doesn't indicate anything suspicious.
Try to disable monitoring of some senors (e.g. GPU or NUC126) by hitting the Del key over the sensor heading.
