I get in hwinfo for my asus tuf x570 73c idle and 91c in gaming while other tools display 63c in idle

It's a bit higher and rather common for some boards with this chipset, but not critical. You can place some fan close to it.

this is with fan pointing to it placed inside the front face of the case also the side door is open. I tried placed the gpu in second slot and placed 12in fan with high speed above the chipset it only went down 6c !! Do you know the max temp for x570 chipset ?

No :) All modern chips are protected from overheating. They will start throttling when the a high temperature is reached and if critical they will shut down to prevent damage.

Did you try software from ASUS?
Or see the temp in BIOS for idle at least?
Usually X570s report 2 different chipset temps, and the lower one is controlling the chipset fan and shown in BIOS.

The name in Bios is PCH ? I only see PCH fan speed

I installed Asus system information but no chipset temperature

I see...
Yes the name in BIOS is PCH (Platform Controller Hub)

Can you see a chipset voltage maybe?

This is mine at 27C room temp with no case at all. The GPU (2.5slot) is over the chipest HSF and I have a 120mm (1200rpm) fan under the GPU to blow air to it. Chipset fan is stopped.
Voltage around 1.0V

The standalone temp (now ~58C) is all times under 70C on the hottest days.

EDIT:
How many peripherals you have connected on the board? (Mostly drives and PCI-E cards)

How you placed 120mm fan on the chipset ? can you take a picture ?
I can not find chipset voltage in hwinfo

I have sound card, 2 HDD and 2 nvme and rx 6800 xt, cpu is 3800x.

As I said I'm not using a case, so the board is laying on its back on the desk
Most of the chipset HS and the entire fan is under the GPU.

This is it:

The gpu is directly above the chipset I can not find a place near it to stick a fan and if I moved gpu to second slot I loose performance ?

Can I see a clear photo of the case with the side panel off?
There has to be a way...

Its not the best idea to not use the primary PCI-E x16 slot. Still you can try it.
Look now at your 6800XT section on HWiNFO sensors. PCI-E link speed should be 16GT/s (at max at least). This is the full speed of PCI-E Gen4.0 x16.

or...

Use system summary mode to view the GPU PCI-E link speed and also the NVMe drives link speed. You can check them all after you try the 2nd GPU slot.

the gpu cover it , you only see small plastic under it

I was hoping for a straight (full) side view photo actually, for better understanding the spaces. I can see that you can't place a 120mm under the GPU (maybe an 80mm ?).
Or maybe a 120mm one right at the end of the GPU, in front of that case led fan (second pic).
