Wrong TjMax Being Used For My Processor?

I own an Intel Xeon E5450 processor. 

When I use the CPU Core temperature sensors the values seem to be very high.

When I add the Core # and Core # Distance to TjMAX = 100 degrees

The actual TjMAX for this processor = 85 degrees

Would this account for the high temperature readings - if I was to estimate it looks like the readings are approximately 15 degrees too high.

Is it possible for this to be corrected in a future version?

You can change the Tj,max HWiNFO uses anytime by right-clicking on the core temperature and "Adjust Tj,max".
